About Ageless Blueprint

Members start with Why Don't I Feel Like Myself Anymore?, which looks at how stress, cortisol, energy and recovery can connect with the menstrual cycle, ovulation and shifting hormone patterns.[1] The brand's podcast site sells the same title as a self-paced course, the Hormone Clarity Course, which as of September 2026 cost $29 one-time.[2] A separate Ageless Blueprint site presents Dr. Eldred Taylor's method for hormone optimization, with a Hormone Clarity Quiz and an Ageless Blueprint Assessment.[3]

Ageless Blueprint also runs as a podcast, broadcast live on Wednesdays at 9AM ET on W4HC Radio's Health Café Live, with Dr. Taylor of Atlanta's Taylor Medical Group as host.[2] Taylor Medical Group is the holistic medicine practice of Dr. Eldred Taylor and Dr. Ava Bell-Taylor, and its services span hormone therapy, integrative and longevity medicine, medical weight loss, IV nutrition and cosmetics.[4] The group owner's profile describes a holistic physician in practice who started out as an ob/gyn.[1] The two doctors are the authors of The Stress Connection and Are Your Hormones Making You Sick.[4]
