A review on the numbers, not an opinion: nobody here has joined HappyHabits, and nothing below is a verdict.

HappyHabits™ is a July 2024 Skool group, free to join, for Christian women dealing with anxious, spiralling thoughts.^[1] It hosts the 5-Day Get Out of Your Head Challenge, a short reset in which participants name the roots of their anxiety with God, look at the false peace they run to and work out next steps, among other women.^[1] Members can book a free 15-minute Clarity Call with a coach along the way, and the listing states that the challenge is not therapy or a quick fix.^[1]
