About Navigate Tinnitus

The classroom opens with a free mini-course, the Tinnitus Recovery Roadmap, made up of three videos.[1] Its videos ask when recovery begins, why CBT is used with tinnitus, and how to begin moving towards habituation.[1] The main program, Master Tinnitus, runs for 6 months.[1] The group describes it as teaching CBT methods and habituation, alongside designing the life a member wants to live.[1]

The operators also perform as Moneeo, an electronic music duo founded in 2004 that describes its style as Electronic Cinematronic Music.[2] The duo writes music and designs technologies, light and video projections combined with musical instruments it builds itself.[3] Its other work includes Gefle Bells, a sample library recorded in the bell tower at Gävle city hall in Sweden, and multisensory event design using sound, music, taste, light and atmosphere.[3] The Moneeo YouTube channel shares the duo's music-making process and the tools it uses.[2]

A related coaching site offers 1-on-1 coaching calls for sound engineers and musicians dealing with hearing loss or tinnitus.[2][4] The calls look at whether someone needs practical strategies, technical solutions or mindset shifts, including guidance on assistive tech and workflow adjustments.[4] The same site lists music for film, TV and commercials, and a mixing studio.[4]
