About Skool First 100

The core program is a 30-Day Hackathon: one short lesson a day, building toward a first 100 members.[1] Skool Watch explains each change to the Skool platform, and Skool Vault collects what the group presents as currently working on Skool.[1] Members also get templates, including a Niche Architect GPT, an about page and a classroom.[1] The material is kept short and async for members who still have a day job.[1] A free live event the group promoted in September 2026, Community Clinic 2.0, reviewed members' communities through a working case study, a panel of experts and hot seats each day.[1]

Axe also publishes the YouTube channel Lidia Axe | Challenge Queen, which offers weekly coaching tips.[2] Axe says they have been helping professionals move from corporate careers into coaching since 2017.[2]
