About Poetry Business Institute PBI

The curriculum covers turning an individual poet into a poetry business owner, starting and launching a poetry business step by step, auditing an existing one, and building a brand on a national and international scale.[1] Members also learn to package their services, develop and distribute their own merchandise, and define a signature experience.[1] Membership includes live classes on topics the community chooses, business tools, templates and resources, local and global chapter meetups held virtually and in person, and priority access to contests and retreats.[1]

Poetry Business Network also runs a YouTube channel, which describes the network as a global media, education and community network where creativity becomes infrastructure.[2] The channel publishes daily updates, weekly reports and strategic conversations on how poetry, storytelling and creative expression power careers, businesses and education.[2]
