About Seller Finance Freedom Academy

Members get a Seller Financing Masterclass LITE, a dispositions template for Craigslist, and coaching on underwriting, finding wrap buyers and raising private capital.[1] The WrapAcademy site adds that the community shares deal breakdowns and market insight and gives direct access to other investors doing the same work.[2] The listing also links a separate paid Skool group with tools for people who have tried real estate without getting traction.[1]

The methods taught include seller wraps, Sub-To Wraps and what the site calls the Jacket Strategy.[2] Free resources on the site include the Starter Wraps Roadmap, a step-by-step guide to closing a first Starter Wrap deal, DealMaker Lite, a tool for running the numbers on a wrap before making an offer, and an on-demand Underwriting Workshop.[2] The paid WrapAcademy tier adds weekly coaching calls, a toolkit with templates, a capital connection network and small-group accountability.[2] The operator's YouTube channel, which links the free Skool community, describes a background in wholesaling, fixing and flipping, and coaching, and offers calls to analyse a deal together.[3]
