About The Freedom Accelerator

The slowflip.com website says homes are found by scanning 2 to 3 public platforms with a 3-filter system for undervalued homes in high-demand rental areas.^[2] They are then sold as-is on seller financing terms, with the buyer taking over repairs, maintenance and upkeep under an Agreement for Deed contract.^[2]

The listing points anyone not yet a student to slowflip.com, a site written in the name of Scott Jelinek, which sells the book The Art of the Slow Flip with 6 bonus resources.^[1]^[2] As of September 2026, the ebook and bonuses cost $18, and the same site offers Slow Flips To Freedom Fast Start, a short course on the ebook's concepts.^[2] The site offers a refund on request within 30 days, states that results will vary and depend on many factors, including but not limited to background, experience and work ethic, and says it does not offer any legal, medical, tax or other professional advice.^[2]
