About 3X Freedom

The content is organised around four themes: frameworks, delegation, automation and execution.^[1] Members get SOPs, templates and frameworks, and the group describes itself as founders helping founders.^[1]

The group's owner lists a role as co-founder of Pareto Talent, a company that matches founders with executive assistants based in Latin America, fluent in English and trained for more than 40 hours on an AI stack.^[1]^[2] Pareto Talent LLC says it trains both the assistant and the founder rather than working as another staffing agency.^[3] As of September 2026, its monthly plan cost $3,600 a month, and every plan added a one-time $3,000 placement fee to the first invoice.^[2] The company says a client owes nothing if it cannot find a match the client is excited about.^[2] The company also advertises the Delegation Mastermind, weekly live calls built around what it calls the 7 Laws of Delegation.^[2]

The owner's personal site and YouTube channel also list Driven Mastermind, which brands itself the Growth Mastermind, as a company co-founded alongside Pareto Talent.^[4]^[5]^[6] The site links to this free Skool community, offers two free books, "HIRE" and "The Book of Threads", and takes applications for a paid mastermind that, as of September 2026, was priced at $35k.^[4] It also offers executive assistant hiring, help with HighLevel and speaking bookings.^[4]
