About DIGITAL PROPERTY BOSS ACADEMY

Members get step-by-step training videos on property, digital income and automation, a library of PLR templates and assets, and a private members-only community.[1] The academy's site sets out the curriculum: finding landlords willing to let a member sublease their properties, negotiating deals and listing on Airbnb, attracting long-term guests who pay upfront, and building a personal brand with website and sales funnel templates.[2] Members also get WhatsApp groups and monthly live Q&A sessions with Achebe.[2] The site's FAQ says the model is legal when done correctly and that the course covers communicating transparently with landlords and following local regulations.[2]

Achebe is also CEO of Marlex Apartments and runs a YouTube channel, Marie's Digital Empire, on starting an Airbnb business without owning property, running a service apartment business, digital marketing, funnels and automation.[2][3]

Membership is a one-time payment for lifetime access, with monthly updates.[1][2] The site offers a 30-day money-back guarantee and states: "Results aren't guaranteed, these are to give you an idea of what's possible when you follow the training."[2]
