About Rentals2Wealth Community

Members get courses on finding discounted deals on and off the MLS, analysing deals, and managing a rehab from a phone.[1] The group also has members build a local network of investors, realtors, private lenders, inspectors, contractors and property managers.[1]

Choisnet's website, hosted on Kajabi, presents him as a real estate investing coach and mentor, with a focus on investing in remote markets and sections for a library, coaching and resources.[3] He also publishes practical guidance on real estate investing and financial literacy on YouTube.[2] A 2022 podcast guest page from Grace & Ease Productions lists the skills he teaches as locating deals priced below market, raising private money, deal analysis, market economics and tax strategy for real estate, and says he divides his time between his own portfolio and teaching new investors.[4]

The site's Invest with Us section collects interest from private money lenders in its funding opportunities, asking whether they are accredited investors and what loan term they prefer.[5] The site says its information is published in good faith and for general information only, and that any action taken on it is strictly at the reader's own risk.[6]
