About Referrals Made Easy!

New members start with three Fast Steps, and the material covers getting people to want to refer you and a daily routine for building a sales pipeline.[1] The group's tagline frames the first seven days as the start of building a trusted referral team.[1]

The operator also runs EngagePro, an AI-driven relationship automation tool for turning new contacts into trusted relationships.[2] EngagePro offers invite-only weekly sessions with Tom Gay on Tuesdays at 2PM Pacific, training aimed at a first 10 referrals, and masterclasses called The Art of Asking for Referrals and Six Step Sales Ladder.[2] As of September 2026, its separate paid plans cost $36 a month for EngagePro Essentials and $69 a month for EngagePro+, with a $497 lifetime license that includes everything in EngagePro+.[2]
