About Recruitemy Launch Pad

The curriculum covers optimizing a LinkedIn profile, finding clients and job orders, sourcing candidates, marketing an MPC, recruiting automation, running recruiting calls, and closing deals and making placements.^[1] Members also get weekly coaching calls, templates and resources, and community support, though most modules and resources are locked for premium members.^[1]

Recruitemy works with recruiters, staffing owners and search firms on attracting inbound leads, both hiring managers and candidates, through personalization, 1:1 video and automation, and builds custom CRM snapshots with industry-specific marketing assets.^[2] Its site names Russ as founder and CEO, credits him with more than 25 years in recruiting, and lists staffing firms he started, including BroadStaff, StaffSolutions and ConnectGen.^[2] The site states that its results are not typical and that all business entails risk as well as massive and consistent effort and action.^[2]
