A review on the numbers, not an opinion: nobody here has joined The Movement Skool, and nothing below is a verdict.

The Movement Skool is a training community for desk workers and people with stiff bodies who want to rebuild posture, mobility and strength.[1] Its foundation program, Modern Body Fix, works on movement and strength through full range, and the group says it avoids long sessions of stretching.[1] Further programs cover movement skills, calisthenics strength and a 360° core, including the Core Secrets Program and Strength + Skill Work.[1] Members also get a Movement Library that includes loaded mobility, exercise demos with clear cues, and a weekly Q+A.[1] The training is pitched at the gym, sport and everyday life.[1] The group was created in May 2026.[1]
