About The Fitness Creator Playbook

At its centre are 10 ready-made courses on making short-form video, building a brand and confidence on camera, growing on Reels, TikTok and YouTube, monetising content and staying consistent through creator systems.[1] Members also get trainings, calls and resources, plus lifetime access to a private creator community.[1] The listing offers a full refund to anyone who sees no progress or feels the value fell short of five times the cost.[1]

Perna also sells personal fitness coaching as The Fitness Pride, combining a workout program, a seven-day personalised meal plan, a masterclass video library and a year in a Skool community.[2] As of September 2026, its weekly workout and nutrition membership had a 30-day refund window and needed seven days' notice by email to cancel.[2] A business article covered Slouch Potato as a new at-home loungewear brand whose first range was called the snack collection.[3]
