About The Jupiter Career Community

Members get practical frameworks, live workshops and tools for telling their story with precision and preparing for interviews and high-stakes meetings.[1] The group also covers using AI across a job search, from application to interview to referral readiness.[1] Murray says the aim is to make a member's value clear, credible and safe to advocate for, through structured storytelling and preparation rather than personal branding.[1]

Murray founded JupiterHR, a career coaching practice, and said in a promotional interview that he launched it in 2015 as a side hustle focused on writing resumes.[2][3] The same interview described JupiterHR as a Toronto-based consulting firm offering interview preparation, personal branding and career strategy services, and as an agency working between career coaching and corporate partnerships.[3] Murray said there that JupiterHR builds everything around storytelling, the same focus the Skool group takes.[1][3] A magazine profile published in March 2023 reported that Murray was then working as a Technical Recruiter at Wealthsimple while running JupiterHR, with a goal of getting 500 Black people hired in tech.[2]
