Members get hands-on practice on Agile projects run with Scrum, plus sessions on writing or reviewing a CV, interview preparation, job applications and LinkedIn profiles.^[1] The free courses span business analysis, project and product management, Scrum Master, data analytics, AWS Solutions Architecture, cybersecurity, test analysis, DevOps, HR management, KYC and compliance.^[1] Tools taught include JIRA, Trello, Teams, Balsamiq, Visual Paradigm and Monday.com, and prizes are given for competency.^[1]

The operator, DIIT Consulting Ltd, is a tech training company headquartered in London and registered in England and Wales.^[2] Its paid workshops for graduates and beginners last 2 to 12 weeks with live tutors, including 12-week Agile Project Management and Agile Business Analyst programmes and a 4-week basic Data Analysis course, and offer access to UK work placements.^[2] The company's YouTube channel promotes both this free community and a paid UK tech internship work placement.^[3]
