A review on the numbers, not an opinion: nobody here has joined GluteDopingLAB, and nothing below is a verdict.

GluteDopingLAB is a Skool group for cyclists run by Dr. Timothy Woo, PT, DPT, a physical therapist, and built around GluteDoping, a glute and core strength method designed for riders.[1][2] The group was created in June 2024.[1] A cycling blog that picked up the term from Woo explains the name: once riders learn to switch on their glutes properly, the gain feels like doping.[3]

About GluteDopingLAB

New members are pointed to a 21-day starter routine called the ReStore Daily Dose.[1] Members can use every GluteDoping training phase and exercise video, and can bring riding and training questions to the community for direct answers.[1] The method combines glute and core activation, strength work and recovery.[2]

Woo practises as SoCalBikePT, which works with avid cyclists around the world who are dealing with pain.[2][4] Its programs include a 12-week cycling strength plan that can be followed at home with little equipment, a 21-day group coaching challenge with daily video sessions and accountability, and monthly custom coaching and programming from a team of GluteDoper coaches.[2][4] Woo also sees riders one to one for cycling injury rehab and custom performance programs, with a local or virtual evaluation.[2][4] The brand says it has worked with riders online and in person since 2017.[1][2]
