About Strong Teacher Society™️

Inside is a free course called Bitesize Behaviours, with training and classroom resources refreshed monthly and guest experts invited in to teach.[1] The coach answers member questions in a weekly Q&A video, and one-to-one coaching is available by sending the word TEACH as a direct message.[1]

The group's YouTube channel, The Teacher's Wellness Coach, hosts a podcast called The Pastel Pod and clips from the coach's life as a former teacher turned online coach.[2] The channel teaches The Pastel Method, organised around six pillars: Pause & Prep, Assess & Align, Scaffold & Support, Teach & Transform, Engage & Expand, and Lead & Live It.[2] The same one-to-one coaching is offered on the channel to anyone who messages TEACH on Instagram.[2]
