About Thriving ADHD Mompreneurs

Members get tools for tracking how monthly hormone changes affect their ADHD, and ADHD-friendly systems meant to keep work moving.[2] The group also links up mission-driven founders in different countries, and Lizardo offers encouragement to members directly.[2] Its stated aim is to help members act on their ideas and see them through, using structure and self-compassion.[1]

ADHD Life Simplified describes itself as giving mothers with ADHD simplified information and coping strategies, and lists five guiding principles: character, giving, compassion, curiosity and positivity.[1] Lizardo is also the founder of Lizardo Law and of Let AI Do It Lab, and runs a YouTube channel that teaches ADHD mothers practical uses of AI for content, automation and simpler business decisions.[1][4] The channel presents its training as independent and not sponsored by or affiliated with the AI and software tools it covers.[4]
