About FWTLO

The program runs through a three-phase system that RTA labels STRIP, CONTROL and RELEASE.^[2] Clients receive the RTA Foundational Curriculum, a recipe book, a training program collection and at-home training programs, plus an app for tracking progress and managing training.^[2] Every Sunday, clients check in inside the Skool community, and three live Q&A calls a week give direct access to Matt and the coaching team.^[2]

Entry is by application, which the team reviews by hand, and enrolment opens in intakes, each with a strict cap.^[2] The program is not for complete beginners: it requires at least 1 year of gym experience.^[2] Clients make a 24-week commitment, with the option to pause for up to 2 weeks.^[2]
