About Exceed Coaching Room

Coaches post a client they are stuck on, and the group replies with its read of the case.[1] Each week Ru picks a few of these cases and runs them live through Exceed OS.[1]

Exceed OS, from Exceed Nutrition Ltd, is a set of nutrition tools for coaches grouped into three desks under a single membership.[2] Besides a Coaching Desk, the desks build personalised meal plans from client briefs and turn the Exceed recipe library into branded cookbooks, client packs, challenges and lead magnets.[2] The company also offers standalone coaching systems for GLP-1 and menopause client journeys.[2] Exceed OS opens with 14 days of full access and can be cancelled at any time.[2]
