About Powerstrong Society

The classroom holds a beginner and intermediate training course, an advanced training course, diet courses with a grocery list, sleep tips, recovery protocols and mindset guidance.^[1] Members also receive giveaways and discounts on Powerstrong programs.^[1]

PowerStrong is also the name of a series of training programs sold on drewalexopoulos.com, the website of Drew Alexopoulos, where they are offered as the site owner's own training.^[2] Volume 1 is a 12-week beginner strength plan built on heavy squats, bench presses and deadlifts, with sessions of 45 to 75 minutes on an upper, lower, upper, lower and arms or sprint split.^[3] It leads into Volume 2, which pairs power and speed work with heavy compound lifts, and Volume 3 is a hybrid athlete program.^[2]^[3] The site also sells add-ons, subscription plans, merchandise and 1 on 1 coaching.^[2]
