About Aro Fitness Kickboxing

Students from every location use it to follow club news, meet the team, and find videos, chats and grading information.^[1] An upgraded membership adds training videos and Zoom coffee chats, along with details on joining the team and on the club's kids life skills programme.^[1]

Founded in 1998 by Lee and Bernice Smith, the club trades through First Fitness plus Ltd.^[2]^[3] Its classes include Lil Ninjas for ages 3 to 6, Kids Champions for 7 to 12, an Adults/Teens programme from 12, and a Ladies-Only programme.^[2] The year includes gradings, seminars, workshops, family sessions and socials, and the club also offers the chance to become an ARO club owner.^[3] The club says its instructors are DBS checked, insured and registered with the British Martial Arts & Boxing Association.^[3]
