About KQ Parkour360

Members follow a six-level progression system, with step-by-step coaching for each movement and direct feedback from the coach.[2] The academy adds habits, workouts and training programs, a global community with a map of training spots, challenges and giveaways, and weekly updates.[2] Membership can be cancelled at any time.[2]

Beyond the academy, KongQuest runs live parkour events for councils and schools, youth activations, workshops and community events, and offers a free beginner starter guide to 30 parkour skills.[1] Robinson serves as Vice President of the NSW Parkour Association.[1] KongQuest states that parkour carries inherent risk and that participants under 18 take part with the consent of a parent or guardian.[1]
