About Midlife Badassery

Membership includes an Alter Ego course, a challenge with a live masterclass, archetype tools and planners, an AI coach, and a community for accountability.[1] A free seven-day trial begins with finding an archetype and building and naming an Alter Ego, after which membership is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.[1]

Beall is the creator of the MEfirst system and hosts the MEfirst Midlife Badassery podcast, which has run since 2020.[2][3] Its episodes deal with losing weight after 40 and 50, regaining it, mindset, identity, self-trust, meditation and future-self work.[2] Her YouTube channel, Addie Beall | Midlife Badassery, covers alter ego identity work.[3]
