About Rich & Regulated - Sam Skelly

Pause Breathwork, whose website is pausebreathwork.com, trains breathwork facilitators and somatic coaches in what it calls the Pause Method.[2] It describes that approach as grounded in neuroscience and trauma awareness, combining somatic breathwork, body-based techniques and coaching.[2] Pause also has an app with guided sessions for anxiety, energy and sleep, and a YouTube channel, Breathwork With Samantha Skelly, which includes a Breathwork For Beginners series.[2][3]

On The Kara Goldin Show, an interview podcast, Skelly discussed the mechanics of breathwork, including duration, breath pattern, speed, depth, music and mantra.[4] She said in the interview that the facilitator training had been running since 2017.[4]

The Pause YouTube channel states: "Pause Breathwork LLC recommends that you consult your physician regarding the applicability of any recommendations and follow all safety instructions before beginning breathwork."[3]
