Membership combines live group coaching sessions held over Zoom, online courses with ADHD, AuDHD and autism tools, discussion forums and educational resources.^[1]^[2]^[3] The group says it runs 20+ expert-led live calls a week across multiple time zones.^[2] Session topics listed on the website include managing executive dysfunction and burnout, navigating relationships as a neurodivergent person, and building self-confidence and self-advocacy.^[1] A parenting and family strand supports neurodivergent parents and families with strategies, understanding and community connection.^[3]
