About Embrace Your Journey

Every member gets the free 30-Day Holistic Wellness Challenge, a self-paced program of short daily video lessons and simple action steps, available only inside the Skool community.[1][3] A premium tier holds The Path to Holistic Transformation Program, a guided course whose foundation module covers the history, integration and practices of holistic health.[3] Premium members also get new modules as released, coach access by email or Skool, and recorded bi-weekly live Q&A calls.[3] As of September 2026, the premium tier cost $14 a month, a price members keep for as long as they stay.[3]

Kristin's approach blends natural health, nutritional support, mindful living and energy-balancing practices.[2] Embrace Your Journey also offers specialty coaching in holistic health and lifestyle, weight loss, senior living, teen mentorship and holistic home and family, along with Reiki, restorative yoga therapy, red light therapy and an Ease & Energize Membership.[2] Kristin also sends a weekly newsletter with free information, resources and events.[2]
