About Men's Sexual Confidence

Standard members get a training course, round-the-clock access to a private group of men, and recordings of weekly coaching calls and question-and-answer sessions.[1] Premium members also join the weekly coaching calls live and get The Masturbation Mentorship training, The Masturbation Manual ebook and Guided Pleasure, a set of live and recorded events.[1]

Wood also runs The Sexual Reset, a 28-day program limited to 15 men per group, combining group support and direct access to Wood with daily prompts, educational videos and hands-on exercises.[2] As of September 2026 it cost $333, with payment plans available, and the site says it is not therapy but a supportive space for growth.[2] As of September 2026, Wood's site also sold an ebook, the Self Touch Manual, for $9.99.[3] Wood's site lists facilitator work for The Mankind Project and Sacred Sons and describes an approach that blends science, nervous system education and real-world embodiment.[3] Other offers on the site include 8 weeks of mental and emotional training and individually customised coaching.[4] Wood's YouTube channel focuses on men empowering themselves through education and experiential practices.[5]
