About HomeCare University

Members learn to find private-pay clients, market their services, set prices and build business systems, using contracts, forms, invoices and templates.[1] The group runs weekly lessons, live trainings, replays and live coaching, all delivered online.[1] The academy's website adds training on setting up a Care.com profile and guidance on what each state requires to operate legally, and describes access as a one-time payment for lifetime access with no monthly fees.[2]

Comforting Hearts Homecare LLC also runs a free home care webinar and sells a done-for-you business setup package covering the state license application, EIN filing and LLC formation.[2] As of September 2026, its Care With Heart eBook cost $19.99 as a digital download.[2]
