About Family Addiction Support

The group presents itself as action-based and skills-driven, in contrast to traditional support groups such as Al-Anon.[1] Members learn to set boundaries and to motivate recovery without enabling, using crisis guides, playbooks for each family role and live Q&A sessions with Danny Deaton.[1]

On the Your Living Proof site, the free community includes two live calls a month and free trainings and conversations about addiction.[2] The paid Living Proof Membership adds the Living Proof framework, work on boundaries and weekly coaching, and the Living Proof Private Family Program offers a structured six-month path with personalized support from Danny.[2] The approach is the CRAFT/Empowerment Support Model, based on the CRAFT (Community Reinforcement and Family Training) method, which teaches families to set boundaries, increase motivation for change and build more supportive relationships.[3] Living Proof Academy offers online courses on addiction recovery, and the site also runs corporate partnerships, a podcast, a store and a foundation.[2][3]
