About The Flawsome Mom Club

Members use it to celebrate daily wins, learn from other parents, teach what they know and vent about motherhood in what the group calls a safe space.[1]

Beyond the group, Duffey works with busy, health-conscious parents on their families' relationship with food, translating nutritional science into practical strategies.[1][2] Her site offers a free guide, 10 Strategies to Tackle Picky Eating, and a free meal planning template for subscribers to her weekly blog, and her YouTube channel offers a free guide to picky eating as well.[2][3] The site also lists a signature keynote and a six-part series titled Empowering Parents, and says her work has been featured by NPR, Good Morning America, USA Today, Men's Health and O Magazine.[4]

Duffey also founded Kizingo Kids, a children's mealtime brand whose name means curved in Swahili.[5][6] It sells curved toddler spoons in right-handed and left-handed twin-packs, along with baby and toddler plates and bowls.[7] A February 2025 WDBJ7 report said Kizingo Kids offers advice on meal planning, introducing new foods to children and making meals more flexible, and that Duffey would teach a series of six free classes in partnership with Huddle Up Moms.[5]
