About Parental Stress Centre

The Parental Stress Centre offers practical parenting education on understanding why children's behaviour makes sense.[2] Its programs were previously sold as paid courses and are now free to families and professionals worldwide, and its YouTube channel states that there is no paid program waiting at the end.[2][3] They include the Autism Parenting Program, the Inside Autism professional training, and free autism webinars on anxiety, aggression, the autistic brain including PDA, emotional regulation in autism and ADHD, and school avoidance.[2]

The centre says it has created 15 parenting programs over 20 years.[2] They cover parental stress, anger management, emotional regulation, communication, conflict resolution and relationships, with a program for each stage from babies and toddlers to pre-teens and teens.[2] The YouTube channel carries complete parenting programs, autism education and practical webinars.[3]
