About The Family Standard

Members get practical frameworks, live coaching, conversations and resources on family life and preparing a son for adulthood, and every new member can book a free one-to-one call with the owner.[1]

The owner also founded Prince to King, a mentoring program for young men aged 13 to 23 that covers emotional mastery, healthy habits, leadership and purpose.[1][2] Prince to King is run by Dylan Roos, a masculinity coach and speaker, who launched the first Prince to King mentorship in 2020.[2][3][4] The mentorship pairs a ten-module video course and one-to-one coaching with access to The Brotherhood, a community built on a framework called CAGE (Connection, Accountability, Growth and Excellence).[2] Roos also offers one-to-one and group coaching for young men, a Father Son Leadership Intensive, a Strong Mothers, Strong Sons program and talks for parents, students and organisations.[3]

Roos's site states that the mentoring is not therapy and that its mentors are not psychologists.[2][4]
