About Your Automated Practice
Members collaborate on clinical strategies, team building, marketing, sales, operations, customer success and personal and professional growth, the areas BPA's program covers.[1] BPA members get masterminds every week, strategy calls with the company's strategy directors, and entry to its complete online training platform.[4] The company installs niche programs, AI automation and constraint-based coaching in practices, and its 25 playbooks are grouped into six categories: Standard of Care, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Operations and Team.[3][4] Coaching runs through live events, virtual group coaching and one-to-one coaching.[3]
BPA's clients include chiropractors, naturopaths, medical doctors, physical therapists, functional medicine practitioners and others.[4] The company's site says Gumm founded it after facing many of the same challenges while building and operating healthcare businesses.[2] Its YouTube channel publishes chiropractic business growth strategies and Day 1 Day 2 sales training, and names neuropathy programs as part of its approach.[5]
