About On-Screen Authority

The company's website presents a done-for-you VIP program that builds a home video studio, including a slim home studio design, custom virtual backgrounds and a professional cinematographer.^[2] VIP clients get a private concierge Slack channel and unlimited private calls during an 8-week premium support period, while online course members get access to the support community.^[2] The VIP program is limited to stationary talking-head videos, and equipment is not supplied or included in the purchase.^[2] As of September 2026, extra three-packs of custom backgrounds cost $300.^[2]

The site states that the online course covers gear options for various budgets and does not guarantee the results shown in its videos and testimonials, and it offers a no-questions-asked refund within 3 days of the initial purchase.^[2]
