About Certified Trust Delivery Agent

CNTDA combines attorney-aligned training with a business growth system.[1] Members learn a structured estate plan signing process, how to work within the notary's role, and how to build lasting attorney relationships using the 5 Point Marketing System.[1] The system's five steps are brand clarity, relationship mapping, systemized follow-up, visibility and social media, and networking, reputation and referrals.[2] Neitzel's site frames the program as a relationship strategy for partnering with estate planning attorneys, who, it says, do not hire just any notary.[3]

Neitzel created Marketing4Notaries and the 5 Point Marketing System, and is a co-creator of the CNTDA program, an author, a business coach and a public speaker.[1][2] Her other work includes Tuesday Notary Titans and the book On The Move, on marketing for mobile service providers.[3] The Marketing4Notaries YouTube channel offers practical marketing tips and strategies for notaries and mobile business professionals.[4]
