About Wholesale To Freedom

Joining is free, and on day one members learn to pull leads themselves, keeping 50% of the fee to start.[1] As of September 2026, motivated seller leads could be bought from $5, and members who used them kept 60%.[1] Members get step-by-step training, scripts, contracts and the full process, plus a live Deal Round Table three times a week at 5pm ET with the operator and a partner named Ben.[1]

The operator's YouTube channel covers getting started in wholesaling, with tutorials on finding and closing deals, building buyers lists, analysing deals, and commercial and hotel wholesaling.[2] The channel's creator also created Freedom Fundamentals.[2] In January 2026, REsimpli published a mastermind recap on Eric McAvoy, a wholesaler and land investor who runs his real estate business remotely.[3] It describes a team in which acquisition managers work leads, disposition managers sell contracts and sales managers oversee both, trained through structured SOPs and AI roleplay tools that simulate seller conversations.[3] The recap also covers McAvoy's move into land, which removed rehab, tenants and ARV calculations, and his practice of sending deals to repeat buyers only when they fit exact buy criteria.[3]
