The group's website belongs to JVD Solutions, a real estate investment company run by Jose Vasquez Dickson that buys houses and land nationwide with cash offers, including pre-foreclosure and probate properties.[2][3] Its process for home sellers runs from a form to a call about the house and then a cash offer.[4] The company tells sellers it charges them no fees and usually schedules closing for two to three weeks out.[5]
