A review on the numbers, not an opinion: nobody here has joined Masters of Home Care, and nothing below is a verdict.

Masters of Home Care is a Skool community for people who already own a home care agency and are handling scale, complexity and risk.[1] The group was created in October 2024.[1] Its owner currently owns and operates a home care agency and presents the material shared as based on decisions, systems and tradeoffs in use at that agency.[1] The owner's YouTube channel, which promotes the community, describes the owner as a home care business mentor and strategist.[2]

About Masters of Home Care

There are two ways to take part.[1] Operator Advisory is application-only one-to-one advisory for established owners, with acceptance based on fit.[1] As of September 2026 it cost $4,000 a month and included a full money-back guarantee if it is not a fit.[1] Resource Access suits newer owners or operators who only want the frameworks and documentation, and includes courses and operating documents.[1] As of September 2026 it cost $499 for one year.[1] The group states that it is not a beginner group and is built for operators who want clearer decisions and stronger structure as they grow.[1]

The operator also publishes a weekly internal memo, Masters of Home Care Operator Notes, which records actual decisions made within a home care agency that is non-medical.[2][3] The memo is written as a two-minute read, with no beginner content and no recycled industry advice, only documented decisions and their consequences.[3]
