About The Authority First Collective
Members work through three stages, clarity, offer and visibility, sharpening their positioning, turning their expertise into a clear offer and building visibility around it.[1] The group presents itself as an implementation environment rather than a course library.[1] New members start a 7-day trial, complete the Quick Start, post their positioning and get feedback.[1]
The Authority First Method is laid out on its own site as a nine-step sequence in three stages: The Clarity Excavation, The Offer Architecture and The Visibility Engine.[2] One step builds a 90-day content plan on a 50/30/20 ratio.[2] The method is not meant for beginners who are still working out whether they can help people.[2] The site also offers a one-on-one session to diagnose a practitioner's positioning gaps and map the steps to fix them.[2]
