About WeLoveWoolClub

Members get the community and first dibs on becoming a test knitter for upcoming designs.[1] A paid membership adds all of the owner's knitting patterns, past and future, plus a view of how they are made, from the paintings they come from to the maths and the bits that go wrong.[1] There are no workshops, only the making.[1]

The owner's website belongs to Samantha, a knitwear designer and painter who ran a knitwear brand for eleven years and owned a wool shop for five.[2] Every pattern there starts life as a painting, going from a lived moment to a painted image and then to a knitted object, and is aimed at knitters after texture and colour.[2][3] As of September 2026, four patterns were published: the Larkspur Scarf, the Saltburn Shawl, the Windowsill Wrap and the Layered Lines Shawl.[2] The site also sells prints and greeting cards and runs a Swatch Club.[3]
