About Unified Mindfulness

On the free tier, members get guided meditations, the interactive CORE training, an overview of the techniques, and a monthly live coaching session led by a UM Teacher that also includes a silent sit as a group.[1] Premium adds live sessions with UM Teachers almost every day, silent sits, half-day and daylong retreats, and a searchable archive the group puts at more than 600 hours of teachings and practice sessions.[1] Its coaching page calls the approach a research-backed, secular system for both sitting and daily life practice, and describes it as trauma-informed.[4]

Young is the author of The Science of Enlightenment and Natural Pain Relief.[2] Raye is also the organisation's CEO and lead curriculum designer, and her recent projects include MindSize, a collaboration with Christian Straka, who heads mindset globally for Adidas Runners.[5]
