ACTS Kingdom Builders is a Skool community for faith-forward families who want to buy land and start an off-grid family compound, created in April 2026.[1] The group's owner founded ACTS Decentralized Real Estate, which builds custom ranches of 10 acres for libertarian, homeschooling and first-time homesteaders.[1]

About ACTS Kingdom Builders

Members get a private community of families, a monthly call with experts on off-grid living and homesteading, and courses on acquiring land, financing it and building on it.[1] The group also provides a digital ACTS Vision Journal, a PDF guide each month and VIP discounts on ACTS products and services still to come.[1]

In a February 2023 podcast interview, TJ Visiodei was introduced as having founded ACTS Decentralized Real Estate, described as a crowdfunding platform through which like-minded families buy deeded land.[2] In that interview, Visiodei explained that ACTS gathered people together and pre-sold the land so it could be bought with cash.[2] Visiodei also said the name is taken from the Bible's Book of Acts.[2]
