About Mercedes Hangout

Members share special interests at any time and ask questions about ADHD, autism and AuDHD.[1] The group runs Get It Done Day for accountability and Marketing Monday for sharing businesses.[1] Conversation also covers nervous systems and overwhelm, and free neurodivergent-friendly tools and resources unlock as members take part.[1]

The group owner's Skool profile lists the roles course creator, yoga teacher and property developer, and describes turning what is learned into practical courses.[1] The group's website belongs to Inner Transformation & Awakening, run by Mercedes Aspland, a somatic practitioner.[2] Aspland also runs The Somatic Reset Lab, whose courses include Foundations of Feeling Safe and the Somatic Reset Challenge.[2] A second community, The ADHD Reset Lab, uses somatic practices and Buddhist wisdom to work with the nervous system.[2] As of September 2026, The ADHD Reset Lab cost $15 a month, with cancellation at any time.[2]
