About RISECORE JIU-JITSU

Members get a free control blueprint course, a free guard pull class, video tips and match breakdowns, and a community space.[1] Private and small-group lessons are also offered in person at the RiseCore studio in southern California.[1]

The RiseCore website sells the RiseCore Blueprint, a personalised six-week coaching programme that runs online or in person.[2] Online students film their rolls or competition matches and send the footage for review, which forms the basis of a written plan, and each week they receive a short breakdown video of five to ten minutes that they keep.[2] Alves coaches every student directly, and the programme takes no more than 20 new students a month.[2]
