About The Global Brass Collective

Members get video modules on improving with the trombone and round-the-clock online access to Alegría for personal guidance.[1] There are four live coaching calls a month, with questions on auditions, preparation and discipline, plus bonus modules on mindset, workouts and healthy habits.[1]

Alegría also works as an international trombone soloist and is a regular guest with the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, the Finnish Radio Symphony Orchestra and the Berlin Philharmonic.[3] He gives private online lessons for all levels, from conservatory students to professional orchestral players.[3] His website offers a free on-demand masterclass for brass players, The 1% Method, on the high register, winning auditions and ending stage fright.[4] The masterclass covers the audition preparation Alegría used to win principal posts with the Helsinki Philharmonic and the Macao Orchestra, and a practice approach the site calls the 40/60 rule.[4] The site belongs to Alegría Global LLC.[3]
