About THE GAMEPLAN 2.0

The curriculum runs across five pillars: Mindset of a Champion, Greek-God Physique Blueprint, Upgrade Your Looks, Design Your Lifestyle, and a private community.[1] Members get a goals, habits and macros tracker, a weekly accountability system, 1:1 access with Zedan and a private monthly mastermind with Zedan.[1][2] Weekly live coaching calls and Q&A are led by three fitness and mindset coaches, Casper, Marvin and Alfie, and the training takes 4 to 5 hours a week.[1] Zedan's YouTube channel is about coaching men toward their full potential.[3]

As of September 2026, an annual membership cost $240, and members could cancel anytime.[1] The program offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, access lasts for as long as the membership, and there are no long-term contracts or hidden fees.[1]
