A review on the numbers, not an opinion: nobody here has joined Apex Parkour Skool, and nothing below is a verdict.

Apex Parkour Skool is the online community of Apex Movement, a parkour school that trains people both in person and online.^[1] Apex dates its origins to Boulder, Colorado, in September 2006, when Ryan Ford established a formal parkour training program there, and it opened its first school in downtown Denver in March 2009 before adding more locations in Colorado and California.^[2] The Skool group was created in February 2024, and its owner's bio describes creating parkour training systems for athletes and coaches and founding Apex Movement, Apex Speed Run and Apex Denver.^[1]

About Apex Parkour Skool

The group is aimed at beginners, at athletes and artists looking for training methods, and at coaches and gym owners who want better programs.^[1] Members get the Apex Movement Library, monthly challenges, community posts, perks and giveaways, and Apex Speed Run.^[1] A paid upgrade adds training programs for parkour and strength, group calls with Ryan, the Apex team and guests, and 1-on-1 programming and coaching.^[1]

Apex also sells online courses, including the Parkour 100 Series on the fundamental skills, concepts and mindsets for starting parkour, and the Big PK Bundle of its full online library of training programs and construction manuals.^[3] Parkour Strength Online runs to 101 lessons with text notes, 400+ animated GIFs and 700+ demo videos, and as of September 2026 it cost $297 with a 30-day money-back guarantee.^[4] The course asks buyers to have a body without major injuries or other medical problems and to check with a doctor before starting.^[4]

Ford is the author of the book Parkour Strength Training, and a July 2016 podcast episode introduced him as the creator of Apex Movement and ParkourEDU, covering beginner mistakes, proper progressions and how to find a good parkour gym.^[5]
