About Calisthenics Legends

The listing names the skills it works toward: the muscle-up, front lever and planche, along with the handstand, back lever and human flag.[1] A free plan opens the community, while the Premium plan adds the full courses, which run from beginner to advanced, and weekly live coaching calls with Phoenix.[1] The listing says an annual sign-up saves 65%, and new members must agree to the group's terms of service.[1]

The owner's profile carries the brand Xsthenics, whose website trades as Calisthenics Legends Academy.[1][2] On that site, Phoenix presents as a calisthenics athlete with over 8 years of experience in fitness who became a coach.[2] The site sells personalised 1-on-1 coaching, with each session tailored to goals such as strength, skills, physique or a specific movement.[2] The brand also sells an 8 Week Beginner Calisthenics Course, a week-to-week guide to progressing in calisthenics.[3]
